We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada.

Fulfilment
All orders are fulfilled by Printify, our print‑on‑demand production partner. Each item is made to order, which helps reduce waste and ensures high-quality production.

Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Times

• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days


Shipping times may vary depending on the production partner’s location and your delivery address.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your region and Printify’s standard shipping fees.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Items
All products are custom-made once an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “change of mind,” incorrect size, or incorrect colour selection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem


Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with Printify to resolve the issue and send a replacement when possible.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made products
• Items with normal wear and tear
• Items damaged due to misuse
